Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be returned;
30% penalty on down payment required by 29 days prior to arrival onwards. Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival apply charges for the total stay.

LOW SEASON

Period 11/05-24/05 21/09-13/10

A payment of the 30% of the total amount by a credit card number or Bank transfer will be required to guarantee the reservation.
Once confirmed, the booking can be cancelled without penalty up to 14 days before arrival, up to 13° day to 7 days before arrival we charge 30% of the total stay, less than 7 days we charge the total stay.
