An event of local cuisine, folk music traditions of Salento, which takes place the first weekend of November.

The old town comes alive in search of a home-made, joyful and strong Mediterranean evening. Tourists will be tempted by aromas of gastronomic specialties coming from the stands: pittule, rape'nfucate, horse meat, homemade pasta with turnip tops, sauce or strong ricotta cheese. The new wine is the king of the festival, rich also in wine & food conferences, concerts of popular music groups, guided tours throughout historic centre and cellars, and finally a show of red and new wines hosting the new wines of the province of Lecce, Taranto and Brindisi.
