Discover Salento's flavors and aromas with our cooking experience. Prepare delicious traditional menus based on poor cuisine.  We will teach
 you to cook healthy, natural and at the same time tasty, typical and traditional Salento's recipes.  We will taste together all the dishes prepared 
and taste the most famous Leverano's wineries  wine.

WEEK-END PACKAGE(min. 2 nights)

Package available from 13/05 to 03/06 and from 24/09 to 10/10 

-Aperitif with wine tasting

-Cooking class with active participation. Preparation of a traditional pasta formats as "Orecchiette, Maccheroncini"with various seasonings based on vegetables, meat or fish.Dinner with technical tasting of 3 Apulian wines White, Rosé, Red". Show cooking of a typical dessert  the "pasticciotto".
