As the sunsets, the farm will amaze you with the splendid landscapes and colors of the Salento countryside. You can enjoy the coolness around the swimming pool or enjoy an aperitif at the bar, while our kitchen begins to work to offer you delicious dishes prepared according to ancient recipes, with careful attention to the choice of strictly fresh and seasonal products, coming from our land. Dinner is served on the portico of the courtyard where the guests quickly become part of a single family, where people socialize, exchange opinions on the experiences they have had, and where friendships born. After the first dinner, the atmosphere becomes magically familiar to everyone and you feel like at home.
Typical Dinner and Pizzica dance
In our restaurant in the courtyard, you can taste only locally grown products, enhanced by tasty Apulian recipes that tease even the most discerning palates.
The dinners are served twice a week and include all specialties and traditional dishes prepared with fresh, local products as well as tasting of fine wines from local wineries.
A dinner is sprinkled with a Salento folk music group, with pizzica, Taranta and tambourine.
Guests are being introduced through dance with the free pizzica lessons and take over the rhythm of the Taranta music.

Evenings at Masseria Tenuta Flora Maria are featured by aperitifs accompanied by excellent local wines, all prepared in accordance with tradition and culture of Salento.

Enjoy a show-cooking dinner by the pool, taste good wine or good local beer and, obviously, tipycal Salento food. Our chef, with his show-cooking, will delight you with typical dishes prepared at the moment like meat barbecue and grilled cheese . The evening will be cheered by music or live music, immersed in a magical atmosphere of typical Salento evenings.
