Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be returned;
30% penalty on down payment required by 29 days prior to arrival onwards. Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival apply charges for the total stay.

A payment of the 30% of the total amount by a credit card number or Bank transfer will be required to guarantee the reservation.
Once confirmed, the booking can be cancelled without penalty up to 3 days before arrival, from that day on we will charge the total stay.
